·         Entrepreneurial Opportunities in the Bio-economy: Food - Manitoba food and beverage entrepreneurs will talk about their experiences in adding value to Manitoba-made vegetables, specialty chocolates and beverages. Hear how they got started and where they’re going.

·         Co-operative Business Models: Unique Manitoba Examples - Several sessions will focus on different co-op business models, showcasing some unique Manitoba examples.  Learn how a workers' collective operates; how one community started a co-op hardware store; and how a rural Manitoba municipality is harnessing the wind.

·         Keeping it Local - Looking Global - Hear how several Manitoba companies are growing through innovation; creating global partnerships, and doing business around the world from right here in rural Manitoba.

·         Opportunities in Grain Processing - Listen to entrepreneurs discuss new opportunities in the grain industry now that the marketing landscape has changed across western Canada. Learn how entrepreneurs in other parts of North America are creating new grain products and new opportunities for producers.
